At Marvelle Excavation, moving earth isn’t just our job — it’s part of our family story.
Our roots in excavation go back a generation to our father, Robert, who built a reputation for hard work, integrity, and doing the job right the first time. Long before Marvelle Excavation officially became a company, Lindsay and Mike were already learning the business the old-fashioned way — by climbing into machines, getting their hands dirty, and understanding what it takes to transform raw ground into a finished project.
That early exposure shaped the foundation of who we are today.

Lindsay Migala
Owner/President
Lindsay started going to work with her father and was running the machines at a very young age, amazing many especially as a woman. After growing up in the family business, she pursued higher education and served in the military, where she gained leadership experience and sharpened her business and operational skills. In the military, she continued operating heavy equipment while learning how disciplined systems, planning, and accountability drive successful operations. Today she brings that same mindset to Marvelle Excavation — running the business with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Mike Marvelle
Owner/Vice President
Mike began working alongside his father at a young age, learning how to run equipment with precision, work efficiently, and take pride in every job. With over 25 years of experience in the excavation industry, he has the knowledge and capability to take on everything from small residential projects to large, complex jobs.
From working in the family business to operating equipment and managing projects for other companies, Mike has developed a reputation that follows him everywhere he works. Customers, contractors, and supervisors consistently recognize his work for its quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. He values clear communication and takes pride in building a personal connection with every customer, making sure they feel informed and confident throughout the entire process.
Mike approaches every project with a strong sense of ownership—treating each job as if it were his own property. His standard has always been simple: leave every job site cleaner, better organized, and better than he found it.
